The Brief
Disaster Recovery, as with any IT business, is constantly changing. Therefore Guardian always have a lot of information to pass onto their customers. A newsletter was therefore developed that religiously goes out every three months.
The Solution
Over time the newsletter has grown from a simple 8pp affair to 12pp with reader response cards, cut out and keep hints and tips sections and so on. Great emphasis is placed on new customers, and Guardian appearing in the news; and care is always taken to ensure customer logos are correctly reproduced, and quotations are correct.
