The Brief

When the WPI group bought out the independent Oyster Terminals company, there was concern that the existing customers may feel they would no longer get the personal service they were used to. It was necessary to reassure them that this would not be the case.

 

The Solution

A direct mail piece was produced that detailed the benefits to be offered by the fact that the company was now part of a larger organisation—bigger product range, more support staff etc. To reinforce the point, the mailer itself got bigger as the story unfolded, eventually opening out to an A2 poster.
